Hi - Can anyone help on how to properly connect the 2k LCD screen to its wire? I have connected it as it came off but now not sure if the way I connected back is correct. Here is what I am getting when testing the projection. Instead of a square, I am getting general light illumination which means its not correct

Okay two bad motherboards so now my photon is no longer under warranty for the LCD screen and it appears to have a couple of bad spots which put holes in my prints. I see two replacement screens available, one for 43$ and one for 70$ any recommendations out there?

Hi everyone! New in the group. I had the Anicubic Photon and I recently bought the Photon S. I cannot achive the detail that I used to with the previous model. I notice that the anti-aliasing from the "Photon Workshop" software is too strong that destroys the smallest details, even if I choose anti-alias 1. It's even stronger than the level 8 from Chitubox for Photon (last LCD update). After making some tries I will have to come back to my old Photon (much better results) and return my Photon S. Has anyone experience something like this?

I got my printer, leveled the print surface, and did the LCD screen detect. When I did the detect the entire screen lit up instead of doing the black rectangle in the middle with the outside lit up. Is this ok? Or do I need to look into it deeper?

Hi.
I have a problem with my new Photon.
I could make the cube test print but after that, I tried a new one one day after and the machine was out...
The z axis doesn't move and the LCD doesn't turn on.
I tried to reinstall the USB... but even doesn't read it.
Any idea?!?
Pleeease help!

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I use .photon files sliced in Chitubox with my Photon S (latest firmware) so that I can use Photon File Validator. When the Photon S is printing these files, it takes longer than Chitubox says it should. And the lcd displays the current layer for waaaaay longer than the 7 sec exposure setting I am using. What am I doing wrong?

I have a question on replacing the LCD.

I have an ORIGINAL Photon that needs a new LCD. I also have an Epax X1 and two replacement EPAX LCDs on hand.

Is there anything tricky about replacing the Photon's LCD with an Epax.? Is it a straight drop in?

Hi guys, I was wondering if there was a fix for this issue? "Z motor stops moving mid-print, LCD keeps exposing resin, no error message, stopping print and moving Z via menu works." Just experienced it over the weekend. Cheers for any help!
