Anycubic Photon Printer Owners 造訪社團 » STL

Just a quick reminder, definitely not done by me.

If you save your supported object as a new .stl, and you have a support that is turned under the build plate level (1st pic), this time, if you slice it instantly, will turn out just fine, have a nice raft as you planned. (2nd pic)

HOWEVER. Here comes the part where you screw yourself. If you load that .stl into the slicer, that little support fella will sit right on the build plate, lifting the whole object away from it (3rd pic). Now if someone would be dumb enough, to just place 4 more of that object on the build plate and go for a quick slice then print, do not (4th pic). You will end up swearing and cleaning the mess up, after a failed print.

Hey there I'm looking to find an STL file for ariel little mermaid. My daughters would love it but haven't found anything yet that is good that is for sale or free.

Painting the Roses Red with Anycubic Clear at 0.2mm and 14 sec exposure time. The extra exposure time may have helped prevent the thin walls from splitting as they did in a previous attempt using 12 sec exposure.

STL is ROSE by hanhan on Thingiverse.

I filter the resin and releveled the plate. I even replaced the fep sheet. These autosupports are built in prusa and then I sliced the thing in photon workshop.

Two pics of the prusa stl files with supports. (two separate print jobs)

Yesterday, I decided to filter my dirty IPA (I use 190 micron paint filters), cure the filtered bits (and toss them out), then leave the remaining contaminated IPA in the sun (what little we have here in Seattle) for 2-3 days to cure/evaporate before I dispose of it.

By the time I had gone to bed last night, the resin had mostly settled to the bottom, and the IPA on top had a greenish-grey hue to it (I’ve been printing using AC grey, white, clear, and AC Eco translucent green).

It rained overnight, and I woke up to find this (see pics).

The overall level of things in the bowl has dropped by about an inch, which is good, especially with the rain. However, things seem to have turned into a white, foamy, meringue-like layer resting on top of grey sludge.

Is this normal? (My guess is “no”.)

How should I proceed from here? What are the Best Practices I should be following? This certainly doesn’t look *safe*, though it does remind me of saponification, (which I highly doubt it is).

I’d love any insight or advice you folks can share.

Hello all, I'm working on a Han Solo cosplay and I found an STL I liked on thingiverse. I have a couple of questions. First, off there are some parts that will be too large for my photon and I don't like the idea of cutting the model up so I was going to use my ender 3 to print them, has anyone mixed PLA and resin parts on one model and is it hard to make the parts look good togeather. (Sorry for the long question). And secondly, where would be the best place to put supports on this model I've never done a part this big and the auto supports seem underwelming...

Thanks for any help.

Can anyone tell me what is causing this white residue on my prints? Mostly happening in little crevices such as on the base of this model. Thanks!
