Do I stop it and cry or let it continue and hope it comes out ok? Multiple items on the bed but can only see one atm

Upped my bottom exposure to 100 I think using anycubic grey to avoid this happening. Models are also hollowed to again avoid this ?

A new screen is needing an extremely long time for each layer, is the machine losing power? Is there a part I need to replace?

I replaced my screen with an Anycubic one from eBay, and then prints kept failing if they used supports.

Then my exposure test came out virtually blank when I ran it.

This is using Anycubic grey resin at room temperature, the same bottle worked absolutely fine before the new screen.

Hi everyone, I'm completely new to 3D printing. Recently got the Photon S. Still learning about the software and the technical things.

I have just done my first print and I have a few questions and hope you guys can help me.

1. I'm using the printer to print dental models. I'm wondering what sort of setting I should have for the details I require? Where do I change the setting? Is it in the Anycubic Workshop?

2. After I print the models. I clean the model with 70% isopropyl. And I leave the model in a ultrasonic bath of the same solution for 5 min. I still get some white residual on the model.
Is this due to the uncured resin?
Is the concentration of 70% adequate? Or do I need a higher concentration?
What is your protocol on post printing products?

Your kind assistance is greatly appreciated ?

Hi all, I recently received my photon and I just tried to print the photon resin exposure range tester file (X3msnake) from photonsters.

Somehow it didn’t work out quite well...it didn’t form anything on my build plate...

Any tips for me to do the exposure test?
Resin used: Anycubic ECO Clear

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Last advices before I open a ticket.
I got a new photon and wasnt able to print anything with it. It does the weirdest of thing.

It runs any files without problem. Which is good...as long as I dont have resin in the vat.

If there is resin in the vat, it will do layer one, raise the bed, place the bed in position to start layer 2.
Then reboot (shutdown, restart) to homepage, and forgot it ever started printing. Power supply stay ON the whole time.

I tryed 3 USB stick, 2 are 3.0, one is 2.0, 3 files containing the test cube, loaded 3 times from anycubic website. Got only one file on each drive. Already upgraded to firmware 4.2.18
This error doesnt seem very common, and the FAQ has limited instructions regarding this problem. I'm at a lost here ?

Just a PSA: I purchased a Photon mid-Jan, and ordered an additional 1L resin. Printer showed up. No resin. Emailed 4 times in the past month with zero response. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. Just beware if you're buying from Anycubic, to make sure you receive everything. Also, I'm surprised since I've read very good things about Anycubic support.

I learned something today the hard way. I’ve had my ACP for a week, my first DLP, but I’m not new to 3D printing having used FDM machines for years. After a week of looking at blobs dirtying up my FEP and reading a billion and 1 posts about how to stop stuff sticking to it, I did something drastic: I ignored the same blunt and respected answers and thought about problem myself.

The issue was that I am using a bottle of Resin that turns up in none of the spreadsheets - Anycubic Eco Black. I got the eco by accident, but I wanted black because I’m going to use this machine as part of a specific workflow. There’s some eco products on the spreadsheet so I used some of the data as a basis. As the prints failed and I found myself cleaning and readjusting, I kept on sticking to the same logic: try greater exposure times on your base. I must have the alignment wrong.

And still I spent half my afternoon cleaning stuff... with square blobs my only friend. There were pops and pops.. something seemed to be sticking.. but no. All to the FEP.

Eventually it occurred to me: is it possible that I’m over-exposing this to the point of fusing it to the FEP? And online search came up with only a couple of hints that this could happen. But I tried it anyway - dropping it below the initial 60 seconds I first tried. And blow me down if it didn’t work perfectly. I used a calibration piece (as shown) and it simply pulled up perfect.

So to any newbie getting stuck prints and getting the same 4 answers when you ask for help, my lesson is this: ignore those dogmatically repeated questions. They aren't diagnosing, and you shouldn't outsource it.

Oh... and yes, you can over expose your base. Try dropping the time.
