I'm nearing the end of my resin supply. What is the best recommendation? Mostly used for mini's, but some other items do get printed.

So far used Elegoo Grey, but not over the moon with it. Basically, want to find something that a lot of people are using to get decent starter settings for.

Kind of an "in general" question here.

Using a basic grey resin and printing really small parts at 0.02 layer and 8 second exposure. The parts seem good at these settings.

Would an increase or decrease in exposure affect the detail level? It is probably as good as it is going to get for such small parts but wanted to ask.

Daft question regarding curing:

So, you print your “item”.
Get it off the plate in one piece.
Clean off uncured resin in IPA.
Then blast it with UV for a couple of minutes (or leave it on a window sill).

Ok, now for the question bit:

Am I right in saying that in normal day to day “use”, your printed item will carry on curing ad Infinitum if it’s not painted, UV is everywhere where there is daylight is it not?

Over to you learned ones and please be gentle with me. I’m very much a newbie.

Hey Guys,

we tried the Elegoo Water Washable Ceramic Grey Resin on our Photon printer but it shrinks and warp extremely when it is curing under UV Light. It shrinks so much that it ripped off the Support from the Modelbase. One part i tried as you can see in a 46,2° angle and the other one flat on the Printplate. I cured that one directly on the build plate, to avoid the Base of the Model to warp upwards. But after removing from the Buildplate, the Sunlight did the Rest after one Day and it warped.

Have anyone any ideas or suggestions to avoid that? Is that a Resin Problem? We don't know what is wrong here, we use a normal AnyCubic Photon, 0,05mm Layer Height. The Printer is stock, sliced with the newest Version of ChituBox.

Hi everyone! Recently I've acquired the new Phrozen Transform, and luckily it works with chitubox so it's a seamless transition. Am wondering does the resin exposure test we have for the anycubic photon works with the Transform as well? Thanks in advance..!

Second bust...I used Anycubic skin instead of the dental resin. The parts don't fit together as nicely but otherwise she looks good. There are a couple of problems that were my fault.... one support issue in the missing thumb and one small break on the wing (?) talon.
