Over a couple months use I've ended up with residue on the LCD. I assume its accumulated spots of cured resin. ?‍♂️ Any tips on cleaning it? Or does this dictate replacing the LCD?

So I've tried a few different types of supports and I keep getting this line about 2/3 up on the model.

This is bluecast Cr3a resin & I'm running the recommend settings from bluecast slicing with chitubox box @ .05 layers. printed by itself. Air Temperature was about 23c.

Any tips would be great especially from those who print with this resin.

What could be causing the blemish in the middle? It happened during printing. Is my FEP too tight? The second pic isthe piece I just printed that left the mark. The spot is right where the longer barrel was. You can see the distortions in the print.

I feel like the print was stuck to the FEP and when it pulled off during printing, it bent/wrinkled the film. But I could be totally wrong.

Photon S w/ current firmware
Leveled using flint read method
Relatively new FEP film
Elegoo Standard Grey resin

Also the printed was hollowed with drain holes top and bottom

Does anyone one have any experience with Sain Smart resin? I have a bottle of Transparent Green Rapid UV from them I got as a gift/bribe for more minis.

Not sure what settings work for Sain Smart, seeing as I've been using the standard Anycubic Green for my Photon.

This Is NOT The Way :P

My own design didn't fit and can't wait for heater just for switch to new resin. But they are already ordered :P it will be not-so-fancy like PTC heater that someone post here some time ago, but will work

Thought I might make my first post my
Noob post. I unboxed my First 3D printer this morning, made sure everything was clean, level, and zeroed. I’ve watched several videos and read lots of articles and posts on here and thought, I am ready to do this. So I load my
File and got ready to add my resin for my very first print and boom.............. no resin to be found. I was under the impression that the unit came with resin, and it should have but it was not in the shipment. Sad day, oh well, resin on order so I guess I will box it back up and go for round 2 in two days. Happy Monday Folks!

I need help with diagnosing why my prints get slightly bent in the bottom. I feel like I've used enough supports (mix of heavy and medium and a single light on the outer edge) to avoid this. Old-school Photon, Anycubic Grey resin. 0,05mm and 12 second exposure.

What's the longest time print that you have attempted to print, and was successful?

Me, I can get up to 16 hours, however I get failures at 18-24+ hours.

The 18 hour print attempt, got about 75% complete - then dis-engaged from the plate. Will hollow out more, and add better supports and re-attempt.

The 24 hour print, got about 90% completed - then failed because it ran out of resin. That was my fault as I should have added more overnight.

Does anybody have tips and hints?

I intend to get the cheaper model in 2 weeks, starting researching what is best for resin processing. has anyone tried hydrophobic spray / surfaces on the top of the build plate to prevent the resin from adhering to it? .. water proof stuff.
