How is the dimensional accuracy on the photon s with the z axis upgrade? I am considering the machine, but im unsure if its super duper six sigma repeatable. Whats the margin for error on the machine? Does anti aliasing impact part reliability

Hey, just checking in and showing off my first print. FW: V3.4.1, UI: V2.6, normal exposure 12s.

My question: do you use the original firmware and *.photons file format or the newest version with anti aliasing and *.pws format?

ps. my photon s came with faulty flash drive and missing vat screw ?

Hi folks,

I upgraded firmware to 4.2.18, does it have Antialiasing?, in order to use AA just I need to check box in Chitubox?.

Last question, enabling AA increases print time?, I see 4x and 8x values, is there much difference in speed and quality?.

Is anybody else having issues with the latest Firmware for the Photon S?

My last two print froze on the last layers, this haven't happend before.

And additionally: What anti-aliasing setting is the best? I've printed a miniature on 10s per layer and 8x antialiasing with elagoo grey and the details were really washed out. Don't know if the exposure was too long or it's because the antialiasing.

Poking around on Chitubox settings and go in antialiasing. It was set to 4. Does this really do anything on original photon?

Hello people!

I watched the anycubic's video teaching how to upgrade the anycubic photon firmware for anti aliasing and I got very interested on it. I have one anycubic photon and I wish to upgrade the firmware. Ok, I followed the video, but the website changed a lot since the video was published and I found only a link to the version 4.2.19. No manual, no instruction, no information other than:

1. Solve the problem of no exposure

2. Solve the problem of Frame Sheering

I appreciate if someone could tell me the following:

1 - Since which version the anti aliasing feature is available?

2 - Is there any firmware update instruction so I can follow other than the old video published by anycubic?
