Just ran out of the green resin that came with the machine and I'm about to switch to grey Elegoo. And I'm freaking out just a little. Are there any recommended setting changes from the default when switching resins? Should i run some sort of stress test print? I ask you, wise creators who have gone ahead of me, for your insight. Thank y'all.

So i just started a print after turning on the machine and homing it and it looks like the z axis is stuck. cant get it to move at all, just makes a humming noise.

Lurking in this group for a little while, I’ve picked up that the resin exposure test is critical to dialing in print settings on the photon. I know that the standard exposure test won’t work on the fauxton, but has anyone developed a similar test to work on the fauxton and photon s? That’s about my only hang up before buying a machine.

Anycubic Photon owner here. I am a little disappointed in the machine. Having trouble getting prints to stick to the FEP and now the USB is showing issues with readability.

If you had a choice, what resin printer would you upgrade to?

PrimaCreator clear resin. Seeing that some places turn yellow and not as transparent as I had hoped. Any good advice on getting it clear? Or is it just like that?

Hello people.

Few weeks ago I posted a question asking why it wouldn't print and the general answers seemed to be a leveling problem.

After re-reading the manual and reading what everyone has put in her and watched youtube videos all doing the paper trick I'm still facing the same issue.

I've stripped the machine cleaned it thoroughly replaced the film layer and taken huge amounts of time leveling it and it still will not print a single thing. I have contacted the company but no reply

I am fully 100 % confident it is not a levelling issue so if your only answer you can think of leveling please just dont bother replying.

So ive loaded a model and put it on the plate and centered but its not visible. I am on a macbook pro. Has anyone had this happen and if so what are the steps to mitigate?
