Alright folks I need some help yet again.

My first printer I purchased in July just died, no signs of life except the red led at the bottom of the rail. The PSU is fine as it works for my other photon. Anyone had any luck getting anycubic to replace via warranty as they're just giving me the runaround.

Secondly my backup printer is a fauxton. New build plate is getting torn up by my scraper, wont accept the same firmware and filetype and searching on here is giving me a million results and different answers, does anyone have a definitive fix for it?

I'm at a point of getting them both refunded to move to a different printer, mainly because of how unhelpful anycubic are being.

Well it seems that as soon as I join this group my Photon wants to try to quit. I keep getting "Memory error code:M_100000. Please try to replug the USB disk and continue printing." So far I have tried a couple of different USB sticks (FAT32) reformatting and formatting back. The obvious turn off, wait for a while then turn back on, both keeping the stick in and taking it out during the power down time. Still same error. I also tried plugging the USB directly into the motherboard to no avail. Tried a new outlet. Nothing. Can't upgrade the firmware since the USB isn't working. Anybody ever experienced this and come back from the brink?

Does classic Photon work with Epax X1 Firmware Version 4.2.23 without issues? Vinicius Silva , did you installed that Firmware on one of your classic Photons? Fingers crossed. Levelling done, firmware updates, supports in prusa then into chitubox then sliced. Print time 4 hours 10 mins. So either going to be a very frustrated guy frantically shouting at a photon s or a happy one with a nice plumbus printed to share ? ? ?

Hi, could use a bit of assistance tonight.

I have 2 Photon printers. I’m trying to print the exact same file on both of them with the exact same settings. One is printing pretty perfectly and the other one is garbage. Settings are Bottom Layers 8, bottom exposure 90, normal exposure 15s.

Resin is Egloo standard gray and it does look like the center of the failed print on the build plate is a little thinner than the areas around it.

Printer is about 6 weeks old. On firmware 4.2.18. Exposure test looks fine. Have tried multiple USB sticks with same result. Could really use an expert eye. Thanks!

Update: it is working again after leaving it unplugged over night. What I think happened was after aborting my last print I pulled the USB before it was done the full abort cycle so the file was stuck in whatever cache is in the printer. I did unplug the machine before but must not have left it unplugged long enough.
Need some help. I unplugged my USB from my printer and the screen showed some error about the USB being removed (I like an idiot did not take a picture of what it said). But as I had just removed it I just closed it and moved on. Now my printer will not read the files on my USB. It detects them but when I click print it says failed to open file. I have tried 2 USB stick that were both working using files that worked before, I am running 5.0.2 firmware version. Time for a service ticket or has anyone seen this before and knows how to fix i?

Hello guys, I really need your help. My photon, with brand new lcd and motherboard, both replaced a couple of week ago, has a new problem.. Z axis is stuck but it seems motor is running...really don't know what to do. Tryed eeprom reset and didn't work. Firmware installed Epax 4.18. Many thanks for your help in advance.

I started two exact copies of the same print on two different photons today. One I bought last week, another I've had for a year and change. The newer one took 20 minutes longer to complete the print. Any ideas as to the possible cause? Newer firmware take longer?

Upgraded the firmware to the latest release and have not had a successful print since. I think I left out the step of leveling the bed again and setting the z height. I guess I thought I wouldn’t have to. Guess I thought wrong.

I am having an issue with ChiTuBox it will save to Photon files but will not save PWS files which is the only file the firmware on the printer will recognize.
