Quick tip: U-type works great for screw heads - much better then philips or slotted profile's. Here using U2.6

Easy to print and not prone to stripping like other profiles.

Nick , wtf? The red circles show tips that have no columns, and the purple circle shows a support column that goes nowhere!

I summon the masters of paint! I'm thinking to dive myself into painting as its the logic step up from having a lcd printer like the photon. I'm getting myself an airbrush like this (iwata like, may not be the best but i dont wanna shell out too much cash at once) for priming and painting jobs. Also vallejo primers (black-white), thinner, cleaner. What kind of extra things a newbie needs for this whole world? Please teach me your best beginner tips! Thanks and slice it up!

Hey everyone, I'm new to 3d printing and I just got my Photon, does anyone have any tips on where I should set this thing up? From what I've heard, the fumes from it are significantly worse than an FDM printer, so I'll need somewhere well ventilated.

As it stands, my best option might be clearing a table in the shed, but I live in Ireland and it's not exactly warm there at the moment. I would probably have to move the machine around a bit which might be a problem considering the dangerous chemicals involved.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Promised my brother I'd print him a mini for Christmas so here's hoping I can get it going soon.

Does anyone have any tips on how to prevent these issues with hollowing models in Meshmixer? 1) Tends to corrupt some surfaces (you can see the black triangles which I assumed are inverted normals and 2) it re-meshes a bunch of parts, which destroys sharp corners .
Interestingly enough, Chitubox does a better job in terms of preventing these issues, but it offers a less control in terms of holes etc.

Hi. Is anyone printing precision parts? I printed a cube with 10mm side - 3 different print approaches to see how it will impact the dimensions (Anycubic green resin). And here are the results. It seems to me that the C approach is the most accurate, but all dimensions were bigger - I was expecting the opposite (was thinking that the resin shrinkage should act) ... Any tips how to get most accurate prints?
