I've been having issues with Resin curing on the supports and underside of the model with the supports, I'm using clear resin. I think I'm either keeping the vat too full, too long exposure on my resin (its clear so uv light will diffuse through the print) or I need to add something to my print set up to keep the resin in the vat warmer

I am in the process of replacing the screen in my photon, anyone have any recommendations for double sided tape? All the stuff I have seen so far is way too thick

I think I'm finally getting this manual support thing down. I initially wanted an easy one click solution but I dont really think that's the best way to go anymore. After watching a ton of videos about islands and supporting I finally feel like I have a grasp of how the machine builds a model and can attack it from the ground up.

I have had my Anycubic Photon for almost a year .. used it quite a lot with good results .. but today after finishing off a batch I then I clean down the machine, changed the film and loaded a new model .. but it produced nothing .. it looks to me like the projector has gone .. there is no projected image of my model on the lens plate. All I can see are four squares on the left hand side. Is this familiar territory to anyone?

Z-axis shrinkage! Hello guys. I print mostly "geometric" pictures on my Photon (dual z-axis add-on). When printing with elegoo abs-like resin, x and y dimensions are fine, but z is shrinked by around 7% . How comes? My stuff is not hollowed, but rather small (15-25mm). Will try it now hollowed... but in the meantime: Any ideas? 翻譯年糕

I've been having lots of trouble with supports on some larger more complex models. Decided to put that one on hold and do something a little simpler. I could refine it further, there is some material that doesn't really contribute to it's strength. I am just happy to have been able to create something useful.

So I printed this big boy here.
9 hours.
60mm from feet to head, more to top of stone.
Printed upside down with 45degree tilt. Front facing down.
Heard that's best way.
Had tree supports.
Printed great till what I saw under his arm. Bottom of stone too as well.
Anyone know why and how to prevent that in the future?
Photon Zero.
0.03 layer.
7 norm exposure
5 off time
60 bottom exposure
16x anti alias
