Is there any kind of usb hub that would work happily alongside the printer? All the constant connecting disconnecting is surely gonna make the one on the printer weaken over time and generate errors. Just a pitty octopi can't connect or am I wrong?

Hi all,
New and happy owner of a Photon S here!
I've designed a part for an old moped that I'm trying to print. I used auto support generation in PrusaSlicer. My print came out fine but not perfect. Where the supports were the part's surface looks like it was melted. The other side is perfect. See pictures.
I used Anycubic Aqua Blue resin, 0.05mm layer, 50/9s exposure, 8 bottom layers. I cured the part with 60W UV light for about 40 minutes (I guess this irrelevant).
Any clue how to make it better? More supports?

I’ve been using the flash drive provided with my printer since I bought it but today I attempted to use a Scandisk 64g flash drive today and the plate would lower to the home position but then there would be a long continuous tone (approximately 45 seconds to a minute) then the whole printer would go dead.

Does anyone know why this would happen or what it means?
Do I need to format flash drives some how?
Is this something that happens only Scandisk or might it happen to a different brand as well?

Question!!

Is it possible to add dye to a clear resin without ruining the cure times? Like if you wanted a custom colored clear resin.

I have some interesting ideas I want to try out. Better to find out some details before I buy any clear resin and end up wasting my time lol

Never seen this issue before. One side of the print has a jelly like film over it. I ran the exact same print the night before and it came out spotless. Is it a sign that my LCD is dying?

Hi everyone, I searched for this error but could not find it anywhere. It was NOT my goal to print this hollow rectangle, I just wanted to print a brain. Where the hell did this come from??

This is the second time this happens to me and I really have zero idea why. I think maybe a faulty stl or something? Last time it happened I literally printed the same file again and it came out perfect. Any suggestions are welcome

Let's take a moment of silence for the effort that are required when cleaning this up. Rip all that resin. Rip my build plate. Rip the FEP. It takes a lot of strength to remove this useless piece of resin.

LCD screen replacement tip:
I just replaced my LCD for the first time and I swear the hardest part was getting the side screws back in without dropping them into the case.

I took a rare earth refrigerator magnet that I happened to have, and stuck it to my Allen key, weakly magnetizing it. It was just enough to help get the screw in position without dropping it.
