Ran into a very bizarre issue today that I haven't seen before. (I'm not even sure what to Google for more information)

There are just visible plateaus of resin. The bottom of the model at one point simply didn't print or separated?

Resin: Anycubic Green

Things I've tried so far:
• Different exposure settings.
• Different USB sticks.
• Putting the file through an STL repair.

Other oddities:
• I've printed this model before from this exact file.
• Other models print fine.
• Started happening after replacing FEP.
• After replacing FEP, this model wouldn't print with regular exposure, had to up it from 10s to 12s or it would leave a single layer of hardened resin on the bed.
• Printer is not near UV light sources.
• Temperature is moderately controlled.

Its coming along:) this is straight of the of the printer tight after removing the supports before uv curing. I still need to sand some bits off.

I still figuring out physical mesurement for parts since some of the fingers at that size were really really frail and I broke one while cleaning it with ethanol. I am think building reference bounding box for the minimum size I can go down before become too small and frail what you guys think? It would help prevent on top of consiouly adapt my sculpting for those cases.

A lot of printing and testing these days more to come!!

My photon arrived last night and I've just finished the test cube file that came with the stick. I have ordered a UV light to cure the prints but it won't arrive for a few days. Is placing the prints in a window going to provide enough sunlight to cure them in the mean time or should I just hold off on any proper prints until the new device shows up?

Just a tip for people with no UV lamp yet, using this little 9led UV lamp, cures everything in about 1-2 minutes. Overkill with the big nail uv-stations. :)

Chrome paint job...
I'd say it blocks about 95% of the light coming through. Can barely see any light from LED torch held up to the panels. That doesn't mean that stray UV can't get through, but every little helps ?

I just received the first batch of STLs from the Dragonlock Kickstarter, and considering this is my 3rd print with the Photon I have to say these came out pretty great. One thing that I can't seem to find much information on -- how long should I keep these under a UV light for curing?

A quick spray with a UV inhibiting gloss clear coat before I left for work. I think the difference is well worth it.

This morning, I did a short 40 min print to test out a new white anycubic resin. I didn't get to remove the print until 2 hours later and the resin had cured in the bath, a full layer on the FEP and another layer on the print bed. The prints were ruined as they they were covered in cured resin also. I had a black sheet over the printer to prevent any UV from getting through. It's also in a cabinet. I didn't have any problems with the green. I got a black 500ml at the same time and there was a cured layer under the cap. Are these bad batches or is that normal?
