I'm working on building supports on a display figure, and something has changed overnight. Using Chitubox, I usually use itty bitty tiny light supports, and now this morning my light supports have changed to something that looks more like a medium.

In the picture - the red highlighted support is what these new supports look like, it is crossing several of the tiny threads I usually use. Does anyone know what could have caused this? I've checked my contact diameter/shape, and changed both back to 0.12, but this is clearly not what I'm asking it to do.

I've been using the Anycubic resins, first their basic translucent green, and then the plant based grey. Pretty happy with the grey so far, but I'm halfway into the bottle and thinking I should pick up more resin. Is there anything that gets particularly good detail that I should check out?

I just had to clean my Photon S after a partially failed print, but now that I've got it running again, every time the bed moves down it makes a louder noise than it used to. Is this something I need to be worried about? Do I need to grease the rods it travels on?

I'm pretty sure the failure on the print is my own doing, the other four things on the bed came out perfect. The one that failed just came off its supports.

Is there anything that would cause prints to come out less cured over time? I've been running Anycubic plant based grey, and had great results at 10 seconds per layer previously. Last night I pulled some prints off the plate that felt more gummy than usual, and required extra time in the UV curing can, I'm wondering if maybe my FEP is getting cloudy and affecting cure times or something.

Need some honest opinions. Should I buff out the support marks before or after the final curing on this? Which will leave less marks?
