Working on tavern miniatures for d&d. Printing a full plate of bottles, tankards, kegs, etc was so satisfying. Might be the smallest things I've printed so far...

My friends and I have a tradition of watching Krampus each Christmas. So of course I couldn't resist making this after seeing it on thingiverse. Printed in anycubic green with a coat of Grey primer.

Painting is going to be challenging though as I need to give the appearance of rusty metal. I'm seeing lots of varying methods for painting rust when searching online though. Right now leaning towards using a dark metallic, stippling with some orange, using brown wash, then dry brushing. Anyone here that has done rust before and can recommend any particular method?

I've recently purchased a reptile heating pad and controller for use with my Photon since it is in a shed outside. The controller is set to 70F, but it seems even when the temp outside reaches the highest point of the day, the temp probe (placed right next to the vat) is still only reaching about 60F.

So for those of you with heating pads, how did you set them up? They don't seem effective enough for winter use. I'm considering using the foam the Photon came packed in as additional insulation, but I'm worried that once the UV screen starts heating up it may be too much.

Some Catan pieces recently printed in Monocure Rapid Grey. Working on a full set, I've been able to print most of them successfully so far, but having some challenges with orientation and supports for the forest (third pic). Seems I get a lot of internal overhangs with the trees no matter what angle I try. Any tips for this one?

My first silicone mold. Making a Catan set, and since I need 37 of this piece it made more sense to only print the first piece. Seems to have worked pretty well, just have to clean up the fringes a bit! Didn't have any issues getting the part out of the mold even though I forgot to spray it with release first. Getting excited! Hopefully the casting will work out too. Using smooth on NV14 and casting later with moldmax 300.

Here we go! Finally got a the raspberry pi camera set up along with a station for post-processing. Starting newest print using monocure rapid grey for the first time. Recording and timelapse ongoing. So cool to be able to check progress from anywhere in the house!

Second successful print. Photon VS FDM comparison time. Resin is anycubic green with a gray primer, using settings from the spreadsheet for .02 layers. Model was tilted 45 degrees, with Auto support plus a few extra supports added for some overhangs. Getting some lines in the print not sure why, but it's negligible. Loving this quality.

Just got my photon today, but it's making a terrible screeching noise when moving down (but not up). I take it this isn't supposed to happen. Anyone know if it would be a simple fix or should I contact support?
