So, the first time FEP changes. I noticed a loss in detail and some fail in the prints. I thought it was bad cleaning, as most problems come from this, but I started to print. Due to small cracks I got a resin leak on the screen, but not much. I had a Kapton on the edges of the screen, following the instructions of the guys. I followed the Anycubic video manual for FEP changes, taking a good look at the tension, listening to the pitch and feeling with fingers. I changed the FEP after 180 miniatures - 1L body resin passed. My printer is great again for printing.

Cleaning resin on the screen.

1. Do not be nervous

2. Clear the screen well with IPA

3. Soak them and put them in the area

4. Gently use a spatula (without sharp edges) to scrape the remains of cured resin on the screen. I had to soak 5 times and scratching above the soaked wipe avoiding scratches. Be patient. Dont put too much pressure wile scraping.
Hope this helps to you all.
In my case, after all this, no re-calibration was needed.

Thanks to your help I have made in one week more then 100 prints with awesome results. I think most of the problems I see here are happened because of pour cleaning and maintenance of the printer but also too much models on the plate. Maybe this is totally wrong conclusion but I want to hear your thoughts about it. Kind Regards

Ok guys I'm sorry for being boring but somebody else had a problem with calibration Flint method? My Z simply cannot go enough down to make the plate stiff enough like Ive seen on the video. The Z overturns and nothing happens...Please advice.

Maybe this will helps some resin nubes like me in the group. This is a table with settings required for resins with nontransparent color but also form other manufacturers. I post this since I had problems with the default settings printing with Anycubic Maroon color resin. I think I leveled the bed good and added enough supports but the print failed, printing just the base with 3 or 4 layer that turned out good do but otherwise nothing else came out. Dear all thanks for letting me in! Im not new to 3D printing, but my Photon is just 1 week old and I tried to print today :) Unfortunately without success. I made the calibration, but what Ive got from the model was, just the base :) As a nube I did over filled my tray with maroon resin but other than that I think i did ok...Please suggest how should I approach? I load the obj into Print Studio and from there I load it and slice it in Photon... Thanks Gogo
