Help with file format error.

I just updated my Photon S to the new V5.0.0. In the change log on anycubics website they say that with this update the machine will recognise .photons format besides just the .pws format. At first I was really happy because now I can upgrate my photonS and still use Chitubox. But when I put my USB in the machine it does show the print on the screen in a .photons format. But when I click the print button it says 'file format error'. Why is the .photons format not working?

The front part of my build plate moves up during printing. Anybody knows how to fix this? I already took it apart and cleaned everything with IPA.

Hello, I've got a problem with my build plate. I level it z=0 and it is perfectly fine. But after 1 or 2 prints I can see the buildplate is higher in the front than in the back. This doesn't make further prints fail, but it also doesn't seem quite right to me. Or is this just fine?

How do you change Z-lift speed and height in Chitubox? I don't see the option anywhere in the settings tabs. I selected Photon-s as my printer.

Is there a way to remove the newest update from your PhotonS?

I'm completely done with not being able to use Chitubox with the new .pws format. The anycubic slicer creates supports where I didn't place any. Picture for example. There should be around 12 supports in this picture. But instead it makes a really thick triangle (completly destroys the print when I try to remove it after printing) and lots of these small dots that become sort of supports. This doesn't happen when I slice the same model in Chitubox. Already tried to add all the supports in Chitubox, save as .stl and than slice in Anycubic. Same result. Just this noise that is created. So going back to the old version of the PhotonS and using the .Photons format in Chitubox seems like my only option now.

Does anyone know why the Photon Slicer is making up extra supports? The first picture shows layer 65 (just supports) in Chitubox. The second picture shows layer 65 in the Photon slicer. There is a whole bunch of extra stuff there that shouldn't be there. Can't use Chitubox at the moment since they don't support .pws.

Hello, I just received my PhotonS and the manual says to clean the vat and platform (after use) with a paper towel. But can you also clean it, or wouldn’t it be better to clean it with IPA wipes?
