Need help :'(

Right before Christmas I needed my printer for a gift, went to print and with my big surprise the LCD screen was dead. I curse a lot, and after that I bought an LCD for the Photon on Amazon and I managed to replace it.
Since that moment I've never been able to get a good complete print out of it.
What's happening is that the LCD shows up everything correctly but most of the items I go to print, don't stick to the build plate. I want to specify that during the screen replacement I had to scrape off and replace the double sided foam tape with a new one, and it seemed to be the same height.

Is there something that might be causing this issue? Of the 4 items I try to print in one go, usually just 1/2 come out, and they are perfect. Could this be a problem of the FEP film? I never changed it so far, but it doesn't seem that bad

Another day, another problem :D
Working on this little fella here, and I don't get why I keep getting issues between part connections. Don't get me wrong, the quality of the details are out of this world, but for some reason, when I try to fit the parts together, some of them don't fit that good.
I want to add that months ago I did the same exact print, but in FDM, and the part snapped together immaculately!

I'll give a go reprinting the front part of the head, and the lip, as those where part of my first prints, while the tentacles and the back of the head are the latest and they seem to fit nicely together. Could this be due to bad supports and stuff like that?

Hello everybody, thank you for adding me. I was wondering, when printing keyed parts, what's the usual tolerance you use between the positive and the negative. When printing using FDM I usually used 0.5mm, but I'm unsure of what the ideal setting would be for DLP
