Has anyone ran into the issue of you build plate not moving after starting a print? I'm not getting an errors but after a layer is finished the build plate just stays there and starts the next layer without ever moving.

Did anyone elses build plate come like this when they ordered their photon? My replacement arrived and looks like the plate was sanded?

Any of you guys have this issue? I have tried multiple USB, plugged directly into the board through the back, one stl with a single letter name and I still get this error. Is it just a bad board?

Couple questions for the group. Have any of you experienced a USB error during your prints? Is this usually an issue with the USB drive it's self or something internal? Do the USB drives have to be formated or should they be compatible out of the packaging if I go to replace the one that came with it? Thanks in advance.
