Hi everyone.

I’ve got my photon printing in my garage.
Seem to have cold issues I think.
Currently the temp hovers around 6-10 degrees
Is there anything I can do exposure wise or fit a little heater. ?

Warning: Just a heads up to everyone. Keep an eye on Ifun Ivy’s advertisements. She took a photo of a baby yoda I painted up and used it for her ad. I did not use that resin, or give her permission to use the image. It’s not a very good paintjob, but it’s the issue of her using my image without my permission and misleading potential buyers when I have never used that resin.

Advice needed on making delicate details less brittle.

Me and my friends are working on model railroad stuff in N (1:160) and producing some engine shells (AC or Elegoo Gray). We decided to start working on making the sills with stanchions and so far they look great and print fine, but once baked, they are super brittle. which we expected, but buyers want to be able to handle the engines and not set on a shelf.

we need some info/options to test making these tiny wires and stanchions "flexible" pics and sizes below of what we need to fix.

I am testing new desigs this week with increasing the size a bit and trying to make them not look oversized and toy like. even then, i think a little flex is going to be a necessity.

vertical stanchions - .45mm square on post
hand rails - .65mm diam

maybe a different resin all together vs adding a flex agent??

I just got my Photon over the weekend-I was able to print out the test file fine and had a print failure due to orientation. I fixed the orientation of the object and I keep getting failed prints since then (Sticking to the fep, pulling/falling off the build block) of the same object two times. I’m using Elegoo Grey for my prints.

I’m wondering if temperatures are my issue-my basement is about 63-65 degrees F and it was warmer Sunday when I had the successful print.

Any suggestions?

I have printed a number of small (1/87) scale tanks and they have all come out very nicely, but I have a problem in that the gun barrels tend to exhibit a slight curve after curing. If these were plastic, I'd use a little mild heat to move them back into a straighter shape. Would that work on resin? If not, what would be a better way to get straight barrels?
