I'm trying to replace the LCD but can't get the old one to budge!

I tried heating all around with a heat gun, but no luck.

Does anyone here have experience with removing this?

I'm making a silicon mold using smoothing moldstar15. I made this box to hold it all.
Question 1: what do I used to caulk/seal the box corner joints? Is silicone caulk good enough or is there something better/easier?
Question 2: what do I use to glue the model to the bottom? I used hot glue on another project, but it doesnt seal tight and let's some silicon under the model.

Anybody played around with monocure rapid resins? I’ve been trying to get it dialled in, and the print looks great from the top, but the build plate side looks melted and lacks detail, even on surfaces around 70 degrees from the build plate. Tons of supports used. Just wondering if there’s something settings-side I can adjust to fix the issue. Print on the left shows the good end, on the right shows build plate end.

Chitubox keeps crashing when I try to edit supports. There's not even that many supports on the model when it happens, but I can't seem to do edits without the program spontaneously closing. Is there anything I can do in settings, or a better program for placing supports that you would recommend?
