4hrs of supports down the drain because i forget to save while in the zone, and of course, undo...doesnt undo a deletion in their program.

Ok, I don't know what else to do as it's now blatant I have had my money stolen by either Ali-Express or Anycubic. This is my last course of action after months of messging and lies :( I Hope I can post enough eveidence to prove what I am saying I just don't want to spam this place.
I will bullet point the events for people as best I can.
I bought Photon-S from Ali-Express Anycubics offical site.
It did not quite work right and kept stopping.
I went to Paypal it said contact seller so I did.
I worked with "Larry" from Tech support to fix printer.
It got so hot it was a fire hazard.
I asked for a new printer this is where it went downhill.
I was told I will never get a new printer.
I spoke to Anycubic who said "Take $50 and get some one else to fix it"
I went to Paypal and found out that last message came 2 days after my 180 day refund period I didnt think it was a coincidence as responses where slow.
I contacted Anycubic desperate for "something" They said return Printer for refund.
I returned printer, I paid postage.
That was over 70 days ago and I have no refund no printer and Anycubic keep telling me Ali-Express have my money, Ali-Express tell me Paypal has my money and paypal tell me they are both lying to me :)

The lesson here people is simple, if you choose to buy an Anycubic Printer and something goes wrong, do not work with Anycubic just get a full refund right away my messages where delayed and took me over the 180 day period I could get paypal to become involved. Or simply don't buy from Anycubic as from what I feel they did this with intention and purpose it can't be a mistake. China is a long way off and I expect their laws are very different to USA or EU consumer laws hence they can get away with it.

There is much much more to this whole story and any one that wants to have more eveidence please ask I will show you anything I have. The main problem is I have 100s, literally, 100s of screenshots from Ali-Express, Anycubic and Paypal.
