Hi! This should be the head (and legs) from the artisan guild depth dragon presupported by Greg, before that i printed the torso presupported and it already had flakes on it and a bit of resin was in the vat (cleaned the vat of course) and before that I printed the presupported dwarf at 85% scale and it came out perfect. So its not the model, supports or my settings. I don't think its a leveling issue or a base layer issue because the base layers have a consistant height and seem fine. Is my LCD dying or can it be Z-wobble? Thanks for suggestions.

Hello, what can be causing this saggynes at the bottom.

Model is printed as solid. This isn't shown on the photo but it's a moon and i want all the surface elements. If i print hollow, i would need a cut drian holes and they mess with the surface texture.

Hello!

So brand new to printing with resin spend a lot of time using FDM
I have a photon zero :)

I'm struggling with my elegoo translucent resin. I have a couple issue.

1: the models are slightly yellow when I get them off the printer. I know yellowing is cause by over curing I reduced it down to 7s .04 layer. Do I need to go lower?

2: the models are STUCK to the bed. Like it takes a lot of force to get them off... they are support free models from fat dragon games but I never had this issue with my gray resin and I used the same file...

3: how to cure them to stop yellowing.... I cured using a uv light for 3 min... jot terrible but still yellow....but also came off the bed yellow.

I do have to use acetone to clean models :( mean green did not work well for me so I moved to acetone.

Not really experiencing any issues with my elegoo gray resin at this time...

like most slicers, it's part of the end code. i'm sure if you hacked the code you could make it what you want personally i like it as is... room to work.

dont use .005 increments, stick to 0.01, i believe its something to do with the stepper motor, so use either 0.02 or 0.03

Slice it with whatever layer height, if you set to 5s it will add a 1s to each section from the 1st one

Yeah supposedly the stepper motor resolution is .01, .005 is possible via microstepping but is potentially less accurate.

I find this test notoriously unreliable. It always suggests some ridiculous exposure like 18s. Best way is to actually print something multiple times and slowly lower the exposure times

The print actually came out very clear but the bulb in the room must be reflecting the yellow on it, as it doesn't look yellow when rotating on the white screen

Gotta say, I do the same, but yours is still looking slightly more yellow than mine do, I'm guessing you exposed the print more than I did to make it. they do look great clear though, and I agree, the coating for sure brings it out and helps it stay clear a little

Just thinking, it could also be from when you cured it, I only did it long enough for it not to be tacky, then sprayed the clear coat?
