I don't know why I didn't notice till now but the Photon S has an absolutely massive and complete overkill z rail. It's like double the width of any other budget resin printer right now. Wow. Guess I know where the money saved from the plastic case went.

Ran the test tool, got good results. No problems printing.

Made a print for a friend that took up most of the plate - no problems.

Go back in to make 6 minis - only three come out. The other three are flat nothings on the fep.

I can't imagine this is a levelling issue given my other two successful prints from the past 24 hours - any ideas? Could it actually be leveling?

ok help needed here, have had my Photon for a couple of months now and have printed heaps of stuff alot of 40K epic and am amased by the detail i am getting . now i have just started printing Hero Forge files and things dont seem right. i put them into Chitubox (like evrything else i have done) and do the supports etc . but when thay print the top (with not supports, the bit facing down ) is fine with all the detail i have come to see in other things, but the side facing the plate with the supports attached is always "muddy" and most of the detail is lost. i use Monocure rapid resin. i did a test print in between some of the HF files of a couple of epic stuf and they turned out great. can anyone offer ideas as to why one side of the models is not printing out detailed?

I just updated the firmware on my Photon OG to 4.2.18 and the display turned orange instead of blue. I thought I saw a post a couple of weeks back about this, but I can't find it now. I have also looked through the FAQ pages and reddit forums. Is this normal? Can it be changed back?
