Hey guys! New photon owner here and I'm in need of help. First print came out great, next two stuck to the fep. I cleaned and leveled the build plate each time so don't think that is the issue. What do I need to check next?

I've started on Atlas's business end! I've decided to go very simple and alleviate the structure of the motor since the bladder is in the way and you can't see any of it it made for a large headache trying to build the motor as a support we're finding a way to be able to view the motor from the outside. Neither were possible so I went with the easy way out. I haven't finished designing the vent tube so the support braces are missing.

This is my first test print off my PhotonS, Decided on this instead of the Lattice cube on the flash drive. I'm running my second print now. The printer is making a noticable thumb like noise just a it raises the print platform, I noticed this on the this print but it went away as the print progressed, have another print running now & the thump has returned. Is this normal? I can't see it has any effect on print quality. Thanks in advance

Prototyped on the Photon and Moai, printed on the Photon and then sent to a casting house to have cast and polished in bronze. Then back here to mount the center stone (baltic amber).

I have a question why do you need to relevel the build plate after replacing the FEP? If it was level before you changed the fep what conditions would have changed that make it necessary to relevel? I mean I know it's not such a time-consuming thing to relevel the plate I was just curious as to why other than using the Flint read method why is necessary to relevel?
