Need some help doing some troubleshooting. Just switched to monocure 3D rapid grey, before that was getting butter smooth finish’s, went through the gdoc for settings and I’m getting these quality prints, supports are super hard to get off, where they use to just pull away with ease. Settings I’ve used as photo. Know it’s not wobble since I’ve used ac green and worked a charm

I just cleaned out my printer and started using the ELEGOO standard grey. It prints great, but there is a weird flaw, my rafts are thin, like paper thin. I have them set at 1mm like always, but they are very thin, I haven't lost a print because of it but the bases I have printed directly on the plate are thinner than they should be, any idea what is happening?

Hey everyone!

So we have all seen the getshift.io LED array and it keeps popping up here every now and then but is there an LED array that can be used to upgrade the original photon?

I have noticed that I keep getting failed supports. I have changed the FEP and I don't think it's the LCD screen since it prints everything (even if it sticks to the FEP). I have to run my exposure times up to 15-16 secs when 12 should be the top end for a successful exposure. I'm wondering if it is the light source.

I am using Monocure Clear. Their batch control and quality is excellent. Also, the resin heater is keeping it around 27C.

All of these rafts / base layers came off the same print job. Some are peeling back, some seem to be super thin on one end and thick on the other, and some seem like the layers are being shifted with each addition.

I’ve leveled and cleaned my build plate to the best of my ability, and cannot figure out what would be causing all these variations, even with Google. Please help?

Anycubic Photon. Elegoo gray. Base layers 10 with 60 sec exposure; regular exposure 9 seconds.

Thought I’d try some Siraya Fast Green for some gators. Well the resin overall is a winner the color leaves a little to be desired, more like a yellow that wants to be green. My gator looks like he has a vitamin deficiency!

Hello friends, this post is for you mad scientists out there mixing Siraya Grey and Tencious....do you stir them together, or put them in a bottle and shake? I’m trying to determine the best way to mix them. Also, do you mix a big batch together and just shake when you’re going to use? This is my first time mixing two different types. Any help would be appreciated!!
