Printed thus guy the other day. Really pleased with it, but I looked at him last night and the base has cracked. Was this because my drain holes were too small?

Hi all
I'm looking for some advice
I have had to change my screen on my photon but can't get it to work
I have tried 5 screens and 3 motherboards and got the firmware up to 4.18 and still no luck
Is there anything I'm missing or should I just accept it as a loss and get a new machine
If so should I stick to a photon or go for a different one

Any help you can give would be appreciated

First time using a resin printer and i'm very excited by the possibilities :D .

I however have struggled with my photon for awhile, just got it to do its first completed print im happy with. So happy! Was getting just empty vats before this so very happy. However it took me about 5 minutes with a metal scrapper to remove my model from the build plate, I had to really put my back into it.
Is it supposed to be this hard to remove? Or is my buildplate too close to the bed?

Just wondering whats a safe time to leave prints in IPA 99.9% to one of course clean the model up but also to help thin out the supports connection points?
But with out taking detail from intended model.
