Once it's done with a few cycles filter it through a paper towel, coffee filter whatever and it'll be back to great usable condition again....

On an other page I received the following post, not sure what to make of it or find any additional information, can anyone shed some more light on this?

"when your doing both calibration and normal prints, the key is the base or raft has a measurement and the burn layers should match otherwise over lapping layers can cause issues and over measurement.

ie if your printer isn’t tuned and your layer cure settings are puffy or incorrect, this adds extra dimension to the print layers.

Meaning 0.05 micrometer would be 2000 layers for the whole model but puffy overcured layers may be 2000 0.056 or 0.06 - so the print gradually accumulates extra dimension and scale casing issues such as failure."

I've searched this group but couldn't find any information about the original photon fans. Has anyone replaced the LED cooling fan by a silent alternative? I don't mind replacing it with a bigger fan if needed. I love opinions on replacement fans.

It worked, first print. It’s not perfect and needs a little sanding from supports but essentially it’s printed ok.

Do I rinse again after curing? Just ordered some paint from amazon for the airbrush.

It’s one for the Rick and Morty fans this. The Plumbus.

I first printed the Wraith scaled to the size of my build plate. That one was done using Elegoo grey. Then I decided to to try and make him bigger so I resized him to be taller and proportioned the rest the best I could. This time I went with my favorite resin Hero black and WOW did that make a huge difference.

Another TOTAL win. I've printed two of these now. (Next print is 2at once)
My problem now is that it's difficult to remove the damn thing since each piece is separate.

Anyone have any tips?
