Hey guys! I’m new to all of this and want to get my significant other the anycubic photon 3D printer to surprise him for his birthday. Right now he uses his brother’s 3D printer. He is a dungeon master for D&D as well as a D&D artist. The problem is, I know nothing of what I’m supposed to be getting WITH the printer. Ideally I’d like to have everything he’d need to print off miniatures right away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How long does the UV lamp in the photon last approx? lets say with contiuous use (and slight cooldown breaks)
How do you know when its done? does it still show the rectangular in the test screen or simply by putting out bad minis.?

A little something I did for my dads birthday! Printed and painted all within 24 hours, it was a close stretch getting it done before i had to head to dinner with him. Thank goodness i didnt have any failures with the print! It was also my very first airbrush paint job!

Just made this lil guy. Gonna try and print him when I get the willpower to fight my photon. Haven't checked to see if it's still calibrated since moving and this will be my first project.
