Some bottom layer separation issues but otherwise I’m impressed with the increase in detail for 20 micron layers when I normally print at 50. Resin is the pink AC soy based resin, bottom layers were exposed for 40 seconds and regular layers for 6, do any of y’all have any suggestions for adjusting the print settings? I think I need to increase the quantity of bottom layers and lower the bottom layer expose to maybe 10 or 20 seconds but I’d like to hear your thoughts

Okay so new to this printer. My test print was perfect. Now I'm trying to print small Dnd figures and had two failed attempts. Is it a must to drain the liquid and shake it up? Also recalibrate before each print.

After my first failed print I drained and recalibrated the bed. However I did not shake up the resin before I out in.

It started the print but never attached to the bed. Should I have di a closer Tolerance? I did these same exact steps before for my test print and it cane out perfect. Perhaps it's to cold in my house? Does that have an effect?

Hello everyone, thanks for the add.

Just finished my first print and I’ve rub into a small problem. How do I dispose of IPA that was used to clean my prints? I’ve read that some people leave it out in the sun to cure the resin particulates, but I live in Canada and it’s winter right now with -30 C temperatures.

Edit: Here’s what my IPA tub looks like right now. I printed and cleaned a mini yesterday and have since left this tub covered.

My 99% IPA residing in plastic pickle containers turned white. The first bath had white gunk stuck to the walls. I filtered the first bath into a glass jar. The filtered gunk is on a newspaper. What happened? Is the IPA still usable? What do you do with old IPA?

This is what the 1st layers of the print should look like on the platform. It starts printing on the plastic film instead. Am I too close to the bottom of the reservoir or too far away? My first print was flawless. I tried calibration of Z home. That didn’t change anything.
