How often do you folks change the clear screen in the base of the vat?
I think mine's still in pretty good condition but there must be a reason the prints are preferring to stick to it rather than the plate (yes, the plate is level and a paper width from the screen).

Does anyone have experience with Formfutura new engineering resins (heavy duty for LCD). Would like to hear thoughts. Mainly used Siraya Blue and Ifun Tough for printing functional components) Both very nice materials (especially Ifun Tough - very well priced - c.a. 70€/L and large stock in europe vs. Siraya). Now i am looking at Formfutura because they are my local supplier for filaments and like to support them, allthough the price is a little high, the mech. properties look promising. I produce mainly functional components for machine building.

Like to hear experiences if there are any

Hi folks. Got my printer last week. I’m having a lot of failed prints and I don’t know why. They seem to either just stay stuck to the fep and not the build plate or get half way through the build then delaminates and sticks to the fep. Any ideas?

Hello Everyone. I dont know how to explain this, but here it goes. I would like to print what is in the picture. So far so good, but i want to make it at least 1 meter in height :) What is the best way to do it? It will need to hollow obviously, but how?

Cut it in small pieces and print one at a time? If yes, how to do it? Is there anyone willing to do it for me?(I have never printed a mini or anything like it before and also dont know how to hollow.) and of course pay for his/her time?

I dont really care if the parts will fit to each other 100% because as soon as i cast them(in brass or silver) i will weld them together and make it fit :) but really dont care that much for 100% fit.

Also, is it better to do it like a wire design or as it is? Thank you in advance and my apologies if what i want doesnt make sense :)

Alright. I have used the search function and i just need some confirmation.
Made and designed this stamp for a client. (Not the logo, vector was supplied)
It's 65mm high and 32mm in diameter. came to 30ml of resin in anycubic black.
From what i have read, am i right to charge around $30?
$1 per/ml...

(Yes i know it's not mirrored imprint ? )

After a series of fails yesterday I discovered that my machine's 'home' position was about a mm above the screen. I performed the paper leveling and once I was happy with the level I pressed Z=0 and was presented with 'Z-zero is decided by trigger position.' Confirm/Cancel.
I chose Confirm and all seemed well until I pressed 'Home' again and found that the plate returned to about a mm above the screen, the new Z having not been set.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
