I just had to clean my Photon S after a partially failed print, but now that I've got it running again, every time the bed moves down it makes a louder noise than it used to. Is this something I need to be worried about? Do I need to grease the rods it travels on?

I'm pretty sure the failure on the print is my own doing, the other four things on the bed came out perfect. The one that failed just came off its supports.

Hi, two questions this evening.

#1. What typically causes this (see image)?
#2. Do prints sliced with Chitubox take longer to print than sliced with the Anycubic software? Seems this is the case for me. My prints are turning out pretty good but seem to be taking like twice as long.

I'm trying to get faster at supporting models. Heard a lot about using prusa for auto supports. Two questions...First, what settings do you use in prusa for auto supports? Second, When I import into chitubox, I find adding supports SUPER difficult. Its like it doesn't want to add supports in most areas because it sees the previous supports as part of the model. Any way to get around this?

Hey guys, Im having an issue with my printer

I have a photon S and up until a few days ago it was working fine. It started restarting about half way through my prints. I would come in and the build plate would be down like it was printing but the screen would just be on the main menu. I looked around a bit and some people said it could be the flashstick. I reformatted the one that came with it and that didn't solve the problem. So I went out and got a new one and Im still having the same issue. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

I am getting a T-100 error on my original photon. it will not go away unless I reflash the firmware and then do not turn off the printer. If I turn off the printer I get the error again until I reflash the software. Any thoughts?

I am having an issue where the supports in the centre of the print area and not adhering to the raft. I'm using monocyte rapid flesh with 10% flex. I've tried increasing exposure, bottom layers layer height and bottom layer count. Also re supported and re orientated the model.

I'm about to print my first mini ever on my photon. Would someone be willing to help me out? I've been reading about how to pose and support the mini in the slicer but I don't feel confident with what settings to apply or how to handle the supports. Would someone be willing to take a look at my STL file and slice it so I can compare?
