Been getting back into resin printing after a loooong break. Been printing out some tiny stuff. The lizardman came out so damn well. The killa kan needs some more clean up but it came out well got its size. OG photon with elegoo standard grey at 0.02mm layers.

I soak plastic game pieces in superclean degreaser to strip paint, some one gave me some 3D resin prints with paint I need to remove.....will it survive the degreaser bath? Plastic can stay in for months, any idea if it is ok how long the resin can soak?

Definitely want to give a big thanks to this group. Through about 6 weeks of lurking and 4 weeks of owning my Photon I've been able to really sink my teeth into it and enjoy the process (granted there's always progression to be made).

Now to just brush up on my (very rusty) painting skills.

Howdy folks, been struggling with my medium supports not quite connecting in places and was looking for some help. Using elegoo grey, settings in the photos, the failure seems to be occurring at the connection points.

Anyone have an idea what might be happening here? Getting extra pieces of resin on prints, lines in the prints, not finishing parts or not printing at all. Lots of extra chunks floating in the vat. Also one looked like it was cooked in half. I've adjusted the fep, replaced it, leveled leveled leveled, cleaned and strained the resin. Updated firmware, tried a new USB stick.. It just started doing this really bad recently. Lcd looks like it's working OK. Forgot to add:this is a 90 second bottom layer 15 second normal. Also tried everywhere up to 110 bottom with no change.
