I’ve recently started to have some issues with my original Photon. Hoping the collective hive can provide some insight. Recently anything on the right side of the printer is having some errors. No matter how big of a print it is at about the 60% mark a super thin layer forms around the model. This repeated at about 65%-75% and again around the 90%. I’ve had the printer for about a year now. It see regular use but not overt heavy use. I checked the LCD screen and everything seems to be functioning with no issues. Cleaned it off to ensure it doesn’t have anything on it. FEP has been replaced. But the issue persists and it’s only on the right side. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to correct this or what the issue might be?

Hi everyone I recently got a anycubic photon s. My first few prints have been great. Today has been a whole different story the prints seem to start of nice but then i get the rectangle about an hour in each time. The Fep is clean as is the bed. I have also made sure the bed is level numerous times. I dont know if it could be a problem with the sliced file or faulty usb stick. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hopefully someone can help me figure this out. I have a designated flash drive just for updating the firmware. I update and the lcd test looks like the first pic... all is well... I put my other flash drive in that has my print files (both drives are formatted fat32) and try to print and it fails, I immediately run another lcd test and it looks like the second pic! But if I reflash the firmware again it goes back to normal!?! I haven’t had any successful prints in a while and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

Strange issue with chitubox. Sometimes after slicing a build with two or more items on it when I watch the motion video of the slice there seems to be a large white rectangle that show up on one or more of the items on the plate. If I reorientate the items location on the plate and reslice it often goes away. So what happens if you try to print with the rectangle there, is it a bug or what?
