My Photon S has problem with reading a files. I did small test. Same object, same angle, auto supports and slicing in one program. Result is:

ANYCUBIC Photon Slicer V1.3.6 - doesn't read a file.

Photon WorkShop V2.1.17.RC - doesn't read a file.

Chitubox V1.6.1 - reads a file.

In Photon WorkShop I selected file for Photon S and still nothing. Could you please help me guys? Sometimes I have a problem during slicing in Chitubox and would be nice to have another program to slice.

Hi guys, another christmas noob here. Forgive me if this information is readily available somewhere but I've searched and read lots of articles, posts, reviews, reddit and I've seen the excel sheet. I still need help finding a general consensus on a reliable resin brand and colour for printing detailed tabletop miniatures.
Brand: Wherever I look I get mixed messages about most brands. Some people say Elegoo resin is more consistent than Anycubic (the Elegoo Grey is seemingly popular). Some people also say Anycubic resin is more brittle than Elegoo but sharper details.
Colour: Some people say transparent resin blurs details but some people say it works better. I personally liked the green translucent bottle that came with the printer, it also didn't smell much. Recently bought some Anycubic Maroon which was cheap but it stank to high heaven, was noticeably lower detail and about 50% job success rate. To be fair though, I've only had the machine for 2 weeks so its almost certainly user error. 翻譯年糕

If anyone is looking for some neat Revolutionary War minis this Kickstarter ends in 19 days. I test printed the demo mini (along with the Santa Dwarf shared her last month) at 10s using Elegoo Grey and was really happy with the results. I kind of like these DIY games vs the buy and wait 1-2 years of a factory to produce the parts.
