Just a quick question hopefully, if I were to print and cure an item how would you go about protecting the finish. So the resin doesn't keep curing and go off colour.
Offering a product to sell unprimed an unpainted in anycubic white for example would go a beige ish if exposed to sun and transparent resins that won't be painted at all, prob just polished

Hi all,

1. I have printed 6 objects twice but only one of the object seems to have this shifting problem. What seems to be the problem?
2. I have almost used up my anycubic green. What other resin will you guys recommend which is similar to the green?

Apparently, my post was deleted, maybe because I linked to Amazon or some shit.

I'll ask again: How do you guys color your resins? Is there a way to color white or clear resin with pigment addditives? What do you use? Where to get it? What are the pitfalls? Please elaborate.

I've been printing without issues for quite a while now, but I have never added colors to resins, so I want to do some research before I even start.

I decided to say screw the test cube I'm going to print something I made in zbrush for my first print!

I forgot to add a support for the tail, but other than that I am more pleased with the photon than anything! I am super excited for things to come!

Btw I think the exposure time was also too high. I also pulled the tooth when removing the support. Zbrush photo added for comparison.

Hi there, first time photonster... and already having some trouble!

This morning I tried installing V295 firmware in my one-month old Photon S. I was trying to downgrade from V502 because I noticed the quality of the prints that was coming out wasn't better, actually it had gotten worse, with artefacts and leftover resin in the vat.

I uploaded the .bin files in the usb stick, and installed one of the files (the main firmware update, not the UI)

The printer restarted, and now it freezes whenever I insert the usb stick, or any usb stick for that matter.

Do any of you know of a way to revert it to what it was? Do a factory reset of some sort? :)

I already contacted Anycubic support, but they're are taking too long to reply. I'd like to try to sort this mess myself, if it's possible...

Just starting a new miniature patreon project and i printed all of my own minis i sculpted in zbrush on my Anycubic photon printer on the highest resolution (0,025 layer height) and i wanted to share the prints with you!

I'm so happy with the results, this machine is awesome!

Tried my first print on Photon, partial success but two test prints seemed to have a layer flat like the bottom of the FEP and it dragged the whole cube apart. Not sure what to do for this will have to read and watch more videos.

Hey all, I'm printing with Monocure3D rapid grey resin and I'm curing them outside in the sun (Australia). I'm finding I'm getting a green mottling to the colour afterwards. I'm guessing it's because they where out too long. Half where out for about 30 mins and the rest about 10. So should it be a much shorter amount of time or is it just normal? Anyways, happy to hear your advice, any one from Oz doing this as well? Thanx all. (lol, sorry about he pic, best of 5 right there).
