Hello all here to pick your brains .. I have been 4 days in and printing awesome now I have this happening the layers stay in the vat and will not attach to the supports I printed the ship at a 45deg angle tried twice now ... bed is leveled and fep and LCD are clean ????

After a disastrous print last night, I'm replacing my FEP for my second time ever. This time around, I know about trying to attain proper tension, and trying to achieve between 250Hz to 375Hz (ideally 350Hz). However, the two audio analyzer apps I picked up from the App Store are reading it at either 50Hz or 800Hz-1000Hz (one consistently low, one consistently high). I can bring the high-reading one down to around 500Hz-750Hz, but the screws feel *really* loose.

Any ideas what's going on? Am I using bad apps (entirely possible -- they were both free, but well-rated)? Do I need to start over with a new sheet, and make sure I don't over-tighten first?

The apps I'm using are called Spectrum (reads low) and Sonic Tools (reads high).

I just bought a Photon S and my first print just printed a few layers on the film itself and then spent an hour printing nothing ?

Any thoughts ?

Also , can I use Chitubox for the Photon S , the included slicer is pretty horrible.

Hello all. I have this black spot UNDER my LCD. It appears to be resin but I am not sure. Can I just scrape it off or do I need to replace the LCD? And, what kind / brand of tape do I need to secure it? I live in USA
