I’m looking into printing some interlocking parts so that I don’t have to hollow models. One thing I’m worried about is the resin breaking. Does anyone have experience making pin and cavity pieces that would “clip” together? What are your recommendations for mm size so that the model can actually lock but not break due to stress?

Can anyone help me figure this out? For the life of me, I can not figure out where I am going wrong. 2nd time this print has done this. I keep having to level my bed after every print. Idk if I’m not tightening it enough or what, but I don’t want to break anything.

Any ideas about this? Half the screen prints correct and half fails. When I reset the machine, the test shows normal. I’m using a new USB with this. Version is 4.2.18

So trying to print the D***asaurys Rex with theese settings on my photon S using the anycubic black resin. I have never had any failed prints before changing to the black resin. Any idea of what's wrong?

Have some extra cash at the end of the year. Which do you buy? Another Photon? Or try a Mars or Epax X1?

Sry not trying to stir drama. Just curious what others would do. As I have a Photon from before they switched motherboards. And now I can’t buy another of the same. So do I get the “S”? The new model? Or try out one of the above?
