測試 驗收 準備給 Proton 用 的

1. 2004 LCD MEGA2560 R3 RAMPS 1.4 控制板 A4988驅動板

2. 12864 LCD 控制板

測試前 準備：

1. 下載 Arduino IDE 1.8.2 Portable 版，用 免安裝 版 是不想 影響 到 Arduino IDE 1.0.6 及 日後 ATOM 2.5EX 韌體 的 更新！

註：不能用 Arduino IDE 1.0.6 因在 compiling 時 就出現 Error！

2. 燒錄 Firmware_Proton 到 MEGA2560 主控板

3. 12864 LCD 控制板 須改 configuration.h 及 加 安裝 u8glib

測試 結果：

1. 2004 LCD MEGA2560 R3 RAMPS 1.4 控制板 A4988驅動板，成功 顯示 正常！

2. Proton 用 LCD 12864 螢幕 安裝 成功！

但 對比 調不出來，文字圖型 都很暗，不夠白！

仔細查看 後，發現 12864 LCD 電路板 背面 還有一顆 小可變電阻 (VR)！

哇~~真天才！藏在 2片電路 中間，也沒開洞 要怎麼調整？

難到 真是這顆 小 VR 沒 事先調好？文字圖型 才 不夠白？

好吧~~再找時間 解焊 來 Trace 一下 線路！
應該 contrast 電壓 調不上去 吧？

以下 是題外話.............

在此也 順便交待一下，我 Proton 最近的進度：

自從 3/6 收到 ATOM 原廠 的五金套件後，除了這官方 五金套件外，我什麼都沒有，只有 以前 做 實驗儀器 留下的 2片 Arduino MEGA2560 和 組 ATOM 2.5EX 剩的一些 螺絲外，真的一無所有！

這 3個 星期以來 沈浸在 淘寶 大肆搜括 及 研究 可能 會用到的 零組件，就已 無暇 顧其他的事了！
終於在 前天(3/27) 把所有 買到 近 30Kg 的貨 陸續 運回來了！

目前 快完成 清點、驗收(測試) 所有的零組件了，就剩 主控板 套件 的 驗收了！

目前 已備有 下列 零組件，大略如下：

1. 買了 2家 8公斤 計100多項 的 螺絲、墊片...等五金

2. 接近開關，電感式、電容式、5mm 8mm 18mm 直徑，NPN NO、感應距離 1mm 2mm 4mm 8mm，共 8支 (6款)

3. 限位開關，有 OMRON 微動開關、限位微動開關模組，光學模組(竟然 比 微動開關模組 還便宜！)，經 今天測試後 打算用 這光學模組 修改電路後 作為 光學限位 開關 之用！

4. 2004 LCD MEGA2560 R3 RAMPS 1.4 控制板 A4988驅動板，4套

5. 12864 控制屏 ramps1.4，2組

6. 4239、4248 及4260 步進馬達，計 26顆

7. E3D 最新噴頭套件...4套，風扇、噴嘴...........等

8. 熱敏電阻、陶瓷加熱片.............等等，買了 7家

就 只有 光軸 、 T型螺桿 (消除 螺母 背隙...等) 及玻璃 沒買！
這些 等 我組好 Proton 後再說....

反正 可能用到的 就買著備用，不想有缺 再來找~~

清點、驗貨、測試 已經 昏頭轉向了！
感覺 好像在開發 什麼大案子！

倒是 買了 一台 DIY 的 小 示波器 回來 自己焊 零件 組裝，裝上 9V (充電池)，還蠻方便的！

不好意思！

因忙著 驗收，太多零組件 要測試！確認收貨時間 快到了！，致 無法 即時回應~~

小示波器 型號 是 DSO138

買了後 搜尋 才發覺 2年前 YouTube 就已有一堆 老外 發表過 心得了！

Thingiverse 搜尋 DSO138 也可找到 一堆 3D列印 外殼！

露天 有人 賣 這價格！夠我買 ?台了！

僅是 讓大家 參考而已 喔~~

我覺得 加個 9V 充電電池 ( 吃 120mA ) 隨身擕帶 量測些 低頻(200K Hz) 訊號 當 維修用，算是 便宜 又 很方便！

我打算 再買 幾台 回來 DIY 放在 工廠 當 測試機台 的 輔助儀器！

如有興趣 再來 團購 吧！但 要 Proton 優先~~
受不了 誘惑的 自己 就先 去淘吧~~

PS：要注意 硬體版本 及 韌體 版本，本來是開源的，但 仿冒太多！現新版 已無法自行 更新 韌體 了！要寄回 原廠 才能 更新！

果然 是 12864 LCD 電路板 背面 的 小 可變電阻 (VR) 在作怪！

特製 一支 細柄 批刀 伸進 2片 電路板 間 把這小 VR 調到 理想值 與 外面 控制板 的 VR 匹配，即可 順利 調出 對比 (Contrast)~~

第 1片 本已 用 吸錫器 解焊了，但 排針 和 電路板 的 孔 幾乎是 緊配，拆不下來！
不敢 硬拆 怕把 電路板 上的 銅箔 給撕了，也 懶得 開 小錫爐，因 要先 解焊 一些 零件 才能 用 錫爐 拆，只好 特製 工具 伸進 縫隙 去撥 小 VR 了~~

我買的 品項 比較雜 且這些 項目 又都是 第一次 買！找店家的 取向 可能 與 大家的 選擇 不一樣！說實在 真沒把握 確保 買到的東西 的 品質 能如願！其中 有一項 還 全數 無功能 測不出，還好 有驗貨，使 店家 即時 退款處理！
故 儘量 在 確認收貨 期內 驗貨 以免 損失~~

官方 旳 Proton 韌體，2004 LCD 就可直接用了~~
如用 12864 LCD 就要改 一個 設定 和 安裝 1個 LIB~~

你的 12864 LCD 電路板 應有一個 可變電阻（我的 剛好 在你照片 大姆指 位置上），可調整 LCD 的 對比反差，你可先 調看看～

另，旋鈕功能 相反 是 指 控制方向 相反 嗎？

你的韌體 好像 不是 Proton 的 FW ？

淘寶 的 板子 品質不一，常見 排線 插座 銲反，或 公、母 排針 位置 不正 導致 接觸不良！

如 韌體 版本 沒問題，可往 硬體 方向 來找 問題～

想問一下大家有沒有類似的經驗:
這幾天在印大物件時，在噴頭快速移動時 (G0 F9000指令)，一直遇到z軸馬達失步，雖然沒有碰到物件，但一直有撞擊磨擦的聲音 (發生在圖片中紅色圈圈的位置)，經過數次後，物件就走山了，嚴重時會噴頭會被撞掉。
調整過皮帶﹑晶片電壓﹑交換晶片﹑改過cura的gcode，都還是一樣。
我都是用原廠的設定值，後來想起來2.0時firmware的設定，把2.5EX的加速度1200調整成600，目前就完全沒有失步的現象
難道2.5EX零件配置和2.0升級2.5EX的情況會有不同嗎?
我有需要更新馬達﹑晶片﹑滑軌之類的，才能達到加速度1200嗎?

Hi everybody, if only my minimum Z endlimit switch is optical and the rest stayed analog but I updated to dual printhead on 2.0 machine, how do I change the EX 2.5 firmware to be right ? Thanks

Yes, the main difference between the switches is the on/off status, it should be find after inverting the setting.

昨天在印貓熊時，Z軸失步後就走山了，沒過多久LCD也突然GG了，但其他功能正常也有印完
後來我重刷firmware和回復原廠設定，都沒有辦法回復LCD，應該是抽到機王了...已經寄信問原廠了

爬文後發現也有人出現過這個問題

Hello,
In the Firmware of ATOM 2.0 (v2.0.7), when the files contained on the SD card are listed and the name of the files is too long for the LCD display, there is no automatic scrolling While on other RepRap yes.
Is it possible to remedy this problem ?
