解決Arduino相容性問題:

因為版上官方告誡要用舊版Arduino 1.0.6 來Compiler firmware
我覺得有點可惜，我一直是使用新版的來用，別放棄整片森林~
也希望ATOM能直接把Firmware修改一下，可以解決版本間問題

解決方法 : 因為fpos_t這個struct恰巧與新版的stdio Lib衝突之故，只要把我們使用的Firmware 以下兩個檔案所有fpos_t的字串改為fpos_t0
就可以解決問題囉~
Ex: Arduino_1.6.13

SdBaseFile.h
SdBaseFile.cpp

或許大家有遇到可以嘗試修改~ ^__^

Stepper motor smoothing parts on order

I just ordered the parts required for smoothing out the X, Y, and Z stepper motors. They are from Aliexpress in China so it will be a week or 2 before I get them. I'll post results here after some testing. the links for the parts are here:

Yinka is exactly correct. The Electronics filters out spikes in the current going to the stepper Motors in they then produce a smoother and more continuous motion of the printhead.

Let me know how that works for you. I use to have weird stepper problems but it seems to be different depending the slicer.

Will do. Frankly I don't expect to see much difference in the kinds of parts I print because they are mostly large smoothly curved surfaces. But the net cost to me was less than $15 so I figured it was worth checking out.

各位前輩，請問在加熱的時候常常出現err MINTEMP
也爬過許多文，了解大概是熱敏電阻出問題
但是有的時候又可以印，但印一印又出現一樣問題
所以想問熱敏電阻會這樣時好時壞嗎？
還是MINTEMP是有其他問題造成的呢？

電阻算是電子零件內
最不容易壞的東西
可能的原因就是金屬腳斷裂
或是金屬腳絕緣套脫離碰觸到機構

Look closely

and you may see that this part printed with 3 different filaments. What happened was I wanted to print this as a test to see how some new geometry I developed was working. But I used a nearly empty spool of filament since I wasn't particularly concerned with finishing the print. It started to run out at around 30% complete, so I thought I'd test out the Atom2's firmware Pause Print & Move function.

Well it worked perfectly! The printer stopped, moved the printhead up about 2 inches, and kept the head temperature constant. I was able to change to a different spool of yellow filament (also nearly empty) and then selected Resume Print. I was pleasantly surprised when the print continued without leaving any signs of what happened.

The same thing happened near the top of the part, and I repeated the process again. This time I was a little more careful and interrupted the print when the printhead was doing some interior fill material, but again the finished part shows no evidence of any interruption.

Since most of the parts I print are large I have a number of short spools of filament. Now I know I can use them all up.

我看了下我現在的參數是357，這是鋁擠上方墊了加熱板(3mm)和玻璃(3mm)的高度

再請問一下
熱床裝好後,我的firmware一開始裝機完成時就巳更新到了2.0.7的版本,所以我就沒再更新
就直接換ABS料,設定preheat 240度,並Load filament,
做auto level,這時都正常出料,平台上每個點也都點的很平均,
Kisslicer上也設定了bed110度,料溫也設定為230度,
可是gcode一載入之後,就再也出料了,
也重新unload filamemt,再load,但這時也沒出料了,
請問是否是阻塞了,是那裡的設定有誤,
另LCD最後一行顯示的endstops hit:Z 是正常的嗎?
