Popko & Pipimi from japanese comic "Poptepipic". Printed with Atom2.0 PLA. Polished with sanding sponges and coated with Mr.Surfacer modeling filler 1000. Layer height 0.1mm. Total height 100mm.

I try to make small figures.
Left: Printed object. Simplify3D layer height 0.1mm.
Right: Put in dlichloromethane pool 2sec and polish with sanding sponges.

Surface was flattened with smooth appearance. However, initial sharp edge is missing as well.

Yes, These are printed with Atom's official PLA.

PLA with dlichloromethane process melt layer marks and details.
I'm working to balance keeping needed details and removing layer marks.

the colonel layer height 0.1mm, total height 20mm.
Left to right, put in time 1sec, 5sec, 10sec, 15sec, 20sec, 60sec. Then coated with Mr.Surfacer Modeling Filler 1000. Without sanding papers.
