how can I adjust the z level for 1st layer? (just tried printing from SD card) did not connect computer

All the motors are the same. Check each motor connected to the same stepper controller. Does each one work? If yes then your stepper controllers are bad. If no then your motors are bad.

So - every motor works on The X slot, right?Now then put The Stepper driver from The x slot to The Y slot and test again. Do they work?If yes, all other drivers have a defect (or too less vref? Im not familiar with that topic. You should definitely che ck those!) But if it doesnt work - First test that driver again on X slot - and The others too.If all drivers work on X slot, your Board has a defect!
And if The drivers dont work but The x one works on all other sloty, your drivers have defects.

Thanks for the advice!! I didn´t think of the drivers. Will test that next. one more strange thing: if I let the motors connectd in their correct way, (X in X, Y in Y...) and change THE BLACK stopper cables, same effect!!! just the X-stopper cable lets the motor move. exaple: if I put the X cable on Y position, Y motor moves!! (I mean the double-black cables connected to the end stoppers)

Looks like your endstop problem...
