I have been using my Atom 2.5EX for almost a year. Recently I started experiencing retraction problems. I have replaced the filament junction connector several times & each time it prints for 5 minutes before the black spacer falls out & causes the filament to grind. I relaced the nozzle about 4 months ago. I also replaced the PTFE tube in the nozzle, and have taken apart the dual extrusion junction connector countless times. Any ideas on how to fix the retraction?

I almost have the dual extrusion working but I ran into an issue. I can make motor E0 retract the filament, but I cannot make motor E1 put the filament down into the hotend without doing it manually. I am using Cura 15.04.6 as my slicer. Any ideas?

Cura should apply the start2.gcode and end2.gcode if it has entered the dual extrusion mode. It was likely that start2.gcode didn't work properly in dual extrusion mode. Otherwise, Cura could be running the start.gcode which is usually used by single extrusion mode.

Assembled our Atom 2.5, super excited to start printing. Got to step L2 - Auto Level and are getting a Z Min Offset error code. Any ideas? We used the 2.0 docs to check for interference.

Did you adjust the screw under the limit stop sensor correctly? If your see the red light of limit switch on the print platform is always on, adjust the screw first.
