*edit*- problem solved, removed the sprint for calibration and it worked.

it's also possible to remove the spring for auto leveling to assist releasing the tention of the effector mount - but keep in mind to reassemble the spring after auto leveling !!

Check the fans.. they should not touch the frame. The head should move freele within the frame. Only applies for recent shipments from Atom3D - their bending machine was a bit too tolerant..

I had the same problem before. Then I removed the spring in the front and it worked.
But other experienced users suggest just to loose the spring instead of removing it.

This was my issue.. fans too close to the frame. got stuck when nozzle hit the bed.
