After a leg broke in my printer due to misshandling of the delivery company I was instructed to put something under the printer to keep it leveled so I can continue priting. I had in fact over 10 great prints today when disaster struck again. The left raider that sit on the belt (left from when the display is facing me) basically broke down. The metal balls came off from the raider.. I tried to print via USB, using Cura, no settings were changed between printing seasons, as a matter of fact I tried to print again an object I printed today.. How can I fix it? Also the back belt still having horrible noise when manually moved, I suspect it also have problems.

So I had an accident with my Atom printer. I've only recently brought it, when the delivery man arrived my sister was at home. She said he was very impatient and basically left the printer on the side rather than on the bottom and left, forcing my sister to unpack and place the printer upward on the table we arranged for it. for few days some prints succeeded while others failed, I signed at off as being novice, maybe too much or too little glew in addition to wrong print settings as well as objects too small or too large. Until today I worked with cura version 15.04.6, printer model by the way is the Atom 2.5 EX. Today I decided to try using simplify3D, the only setting I changed was adding a brim to hold the object I wanted to print. Thats when everything went wrong, the printing head went down and toward me few minutes after beggining to print, resulting in too much plastic flowing from the nuzzle and one of the holding bars at the back disconnecting from the magnet on the heatend. After stopping, reattaching the bar, clearing the bed and selecting home I went to recallibrate the printer. Again the same bar disconnected, this time the nuzzle also scratched the bed and my only option was to shut it down and reboot. A second and third callibration attempts went well except for the noise coming from the back belt, which also not moving well. I made sure the work area is clean so nothing would reach the belt. After contacting the manufacturer I was instructed to check the belts and the M5 bolts as its the likely source of the problem. When checking I found out that the bolt on the back leg was bent, my guess is that this damage happened when the delivery arrived because of how the delivery man placed the printer. It is not Tesla's fault as I have no doubt they did perfect work to gurantee high quality of the machine, and answering to me at midnight (local time) only show how much dedication they have toward their costumers. It is a shame to know that some transportation companies just don't value the companies they work with, the product they ship and the end costumer, who in this case spent alot of hard earnd money. My only hope is that from now on Tesla will not work with that particular shipping company and I guess it will be close to a week before my printer is back online.

Sound your atom is not assembly by yourself? if you have auto level problem ,yon can take off the spring on the hot end and try it. If you want to use simplify3d you can use this fff file ,this is from Taiwan power user.
