I have just signed up for the Mini Monster Mayhem patreon and I want to print one of the Welcome Bundle items, but for the one I want there are only Chitubox files without supports, STLS, and cbddlp print files. I can do the supports manually if I need to.

My question: Is there a way to directly convert cbddlp print files into .photon files?

Evening ladies and gents :-)

Got a bit of a problem. Yesterday did a 12 hour print no problem, today I changed the fie (some items the same as yesterday) and three/four layers in the printer turned itself off and then back on again. Obviously the printing had stopped. Tried it again after cleaning the bed ad checking the resin bath and the same thing happened. Asking here for any advice before doing anymore to the machine.

Hey guys did an exposure test today, and I'm still a lil unsure I'm reading these right, I've been doing decent prints at 12secs, but got some average results hence re doing the test. To me I'm thinking the 9-10 mark seems to show the larger details best. If anyone can confirm/deny for me would be appreciated :)
Hopefully the pics are clear enough, had a hard time photographing the test

I designed this little guy with the intention of printing him in resin, but it seems like no matter what I do it always ends up in failure. I've tried beefy supports, various orientations, fixing in validator, and he still ends up plastered to the bottom of my resin vat.

I'm still pretty new to resin printing, maybe someone here can take a look and give me some feedback? It would also help me for designing resin printable models in the future.

Any one having problems with anycubic slicer program, I have to cut a base into 4 sections I did the top half the quartered it just fine. I go to do the bottom half tell me program not responding

Nothing left on the fep sheet, but it seems the supports failed completely.
Any clues where I should look to prevent this happening again

I have a problem I've not seen mentioned before with my original Photon. Hopefully someone can assist.

After printing well for over a year, without even an LCD change, a couple of months ago I started getting loose thin 'leaves' of semi cured resin on the print. These weren't attached to the print and appeared to have just landed on it at some point. They came off when cleaning. Prints themselves were fine.

This last week or two I have to empty the vat and clean cured resin from the fep after every print. The prints come out OK, but the next print will fail unless I clean this off.

LED test doesn't reveal any issues nor does running a print without the vat in place. The UV Leds flicker occasionally but doesn't seem critical.

2 different bottles of resin ordered at different times both do the same.

Any ideas?

So, I'm not sure why but it seems when I scale down some prints to get them to the right scale I need for DnD minis, when they print they come out much shorter. Is there a ratio that different from slicer settings to printer setting or is this just something I need to tinker with?
One print the author said to make it fit the DnD standard they said put it at 60%, did so and it came out much shorter than the DnD minis I currently have that I bought.

I'm using the photon workshop.
I tried chitubox but it seems I couldn't get chitu to save in a format that the printer would recognize.

Quick question, what is everyone using for castable resin?

Also why is it so’s expensive, would love to print some items for casting... but dam it is expensive ?
