The print is adhering to the resin plate, and is being pulled off of it each time the plate rises. Am I doing some setting wrong, or is it supposed to do that? Anycubic black resin, test print cube.

Update: two prints failed. See photos.

Second update. I did another print with the recommended settings on this spreadsheet, and my print stuck to the fep instead of the print plate. What’s going wrong and how do I fix it?!

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me. I bought an anycubic photon 2 weeks ago. I have tried 3 - 4 prints per day and not managed to get a single one to work. I have watched many YouTube videos and still no success. The best I get is the first layer stuck to the film. Never once stuck to the build plate.

I have tried:

Different types of resin

Different starting hights

Tightened and loosened fep film

Changed fep film

Shook the bottle

Different room temperatures

Build plate re levelling

6 different models

Extended cure times for first 8 layers

Oh and my build plate came already sanded

Ok hoping someone might have some insight on this. I’m new to resin printing and ive gotten my prints to come out great however after curing they seem to go down the drain the outside is rough and looks like garbage. I have an anycubic photon s and Elegoo Mars. Cleaning them with mean green in an ultra sonic. Curing in the wash and cure station from anycubic.

So i have a print paused and need to add resin... Started with anycubic grey just got elegoo grey...

Hello, i've done a exposure finder on the anycubic clear resin. Results i've encountered is little bit different from the Excel file. What settings should i use.

Upper one is 50 microns and below one is 100microns.

Looking for some advice.

Trying to print this with the Anycubic eco-resin blue (love this stuff)

Exposure base layers: 12.5s (3layers)
Exposure other layers: 7s

As you can see in the pictures the arms are supposed to be moveable but when I print its fusing to the main body.

I keep dropping my exposure times but I still can't get it to work properly. Should I keep trying and dropping my exposure times? or should I adjust base layers? really any ideas beyond raising it and supporting it as I want to print it directly on the bed. (i hate the surface that creates I want this nice and flat)

This is on my Photon.

Question: has anyone experienced problems with anycubic orange resin? I have green, and it's working perfect, every print is ok. But for orange i had to go with some sick values for expo, to have it stick to my build plate. But even then if i print 4x same model, only few of them are printed fully. Some don't stick, some have supports but model is left in the vat. Resin expiration date is ok, i was wondering if it's printer, but other resins work fine.

Did all the changes but the print isnt good.

-Leveled

-Changed FEP

-After chitubox used photon file validator

-Used new USB

-Resin is about 20 Celsius, shaked

-Black anycubic resin

-One of the failures is probably unsupported areas, but what about that pieces that looks like a random piece of printed layer and then it destroys some supports or print areas.

Hi group,

I've just switched to Monocure rapid resin and feel like I'm getting shallow detail, the pictures below aren't the best, and taken just after IPA bath so a bit shiny, but it seems like it's missing a lot of sharpness on the face, the belt skull etc.

How is this normally fixed, increasing layer exposure? This was with 5s layers. Or is it likely a limitation of the resin? (Printed on Anycubic Photon S).
