I want to say so many bad things about Anycubic after having delt with their customer support after they sent me a printer with a cracked window, busted hinge, and major problems with leveling and homing. I also purchased it from their official website and they still want me to pay for return shipping and they aren't honoring their official return policy as their employee already admitted it was a defect.
But I needed to get some prints done quick for customers and picked up the Phrozen Mini without thinking much about it. This thing is amazing right out of the box. .05mm height, layer print time at 1.5sec and took a little over 2.5 hours to print for 1173 layers. Here's a couple vids of the FIRST PRINT right out of the box.
Anycubic is no longer a business I will work with and will avoid buying any future products with them. I don't want to bash them too hard, because this could be a VERY rare defect, but the way the company is handling this situation is very poor.
Do yourselves a favor and get the Phrozen Mini. I picked it up from Amazon for the easy return just in case it had problems like the Anycubic and luckily everything is great. Only thing I'm a little nervous about is the plastic resin vat. It feels a little weak, but I think it will be ok as I long as it's handled gently.
