So I am in love with the Elegoo water washable resins on my two photons. The detail is good, the layer time is 35% less than the standard elegoo grey, and support removal is easy. With my current process I wash my resin and put the waste water away in a container and my plan is to evaporate out the water from these containers, cure the leftover resin and dispose of it properly. Would a consumer water distillation machine be an option as an alternative? Basically run the waste water through it to "clean" the water so its good enough to reuse? The leftover resin/chemicals in the distillation chamber could be scooped out and cured/disposed of properly. I wouldn't assume the "clean" water is clean enough to dispose of down sink but probably good enough to reuse to wash more prints.

How many people having issues actually take a level to their machine or even adjust the feet to make sure it's not uneven?

Does anyone know of good alternatives or a place this Mach5ive stick on vinyl gasket can be purchased within Australia? Online stores don't ship here for some bizarre reason. https://www.amazon.com/Mach5ive-Stick-Vinyl-Gasket-Printers/dp/B081D4MRLQ https://mach5ive.com/products/mach5ive-vinyl-lcd-screen-gasket-for-elegoo-mars 翻譯年糕

Howdy all, I come for some advice and wisdom. I recently got a new motherboard for my Photon (the stepper driver died frying the entire board) After assembly I am having issues with the LCD and UV light interactions. When assembled and doing a print or UV test the LCD masks the correct shape for a split second and fully dissipates leaving the entire frame exposed to the light.

I wanted to test the LCD itself so I disconnected the UV light and the LCD works correctly, It performs the UV Test for the allotted time and I have ran some prints and it masks the images and changes layers correctly. When I connect the UV light mid test or print that's when it starts messing with the LCD, symptoms range from LCD not masking or exposing for a split then moving layers quickly or not at all.

I have done multiple firmware upgrades and downgrades from stock firmware to the anti aliasing firmware (the last good configuration for me) to the newest one.

I am not sure if its an internal electrical issue, since individually all the components work. I would hate it to be a motherboard since I just replaced it once.

The particular machine was purchased in July of last year before the fauxtons started rolling out ( i think)

I will post photos if necessary but I think I describe my issue accurately, any help is greatly appreciated.

Been trying to work out why after a print is finished, the z goes all the way to the top and tries to keep rising.
I think i found the issue.
The machine settings for Z height on the right is the workshop At 155mm, but when i slice it goes to 165mm (left)
Any ideas?

Does anyone here know if the Anycubic Wash and Cure machine is available to buy yet? I saw a video of it but can't seem to find it anywhere. If it doesn't is there any other ones you would recommend? I'm using a tub of IPA and a nail curing machine thing at the moment :)

Hello everyone! I’m looking to print realistic 1/64 scale items (wheels, engines, spoilers, racing seats, etc) for customizing diecast vehicles such as Hot Wheels, M2 Machines, Greenlight, etc. Where is the best place y’all have found to get ahold of files for this sort of thing? I’ve been looking around on Thingiverse but I’m not finding a whole lot. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
