Hey there, I've a problem with my Photon S' screen. Basically sometime I had printing issues and then I noticed that the screen wasn't working properly, so I opened the printer, plugged and replugged and secured the camble, it worked well for just the first print, then the issue came back.
What is weird is that sometimes it works well and some other times it makes all these stripes, for example now it just stopped making this bug (after few times of restarting and unplugging the USB) so I launched a print because if o don't restart the printer it continues working well), but I know it could restart bugging again at the next restart.
So what is the problem? The screen or the mother board? Because I already bought a new screen thinking it's the problem, but now I'm not 100% sure about that.

Anycubic photon zero. I’m at about 33% successful prints. I’ve tried tightening the fep, rezeroing, increasing exposure times, and today it failed in the same way, by sticking to the fep instead of the supports... but the supports printed beautifully! Any ideas?

Hello gang,

I am using anycubic black 1l in a photon, and after cleaning using ipa Max 10m , washing with soapy water and 15m curing, my piece are perfect except they are easy to break, you really need to work on it to break it but i was printing clips to lock cables together and the all broke.

Wrong type of resin? To mutch curing? What do you think...

IPA global shortage has hit us all in 3d printing. We have switched entirely to DPM, what is everyone else using? In our experience DPM is much better than IPA and now much easier to get

First batch of minis done from a order. Thank god for a hot ultrasonic with ajax making them supports easy. Printed with elegoo standard grey at 0.02 layers at 8 seconds on the OG photon. Pretty happy with them. Dont look particularly over or underexposed

Also I got a new scraper! Went to the thrift store and found a sturdy plastic spatula. It's called ultratemp! So far so good!

All. I just published my improved workflow when working with Chitubox and Photon File Validator. This method will work with Photon-S as well as Phrozen Sonic Mini that have a different file extension.
