I received a replacement printer for the first one. I've done like 1 bad print and 2 ok. I think I'm figuring it out, except the base function in the slicer program

Hey the printer is groaning as it moves the build plate. It also looks like there's a large mass of partially cured resin getting pulled up and down in there. Does anybody know what the heck is going on?

After leveling the unit, if you relocate the unit to a different area do you need to re-level the machine or is it to just set the calibration of the plate to screen one time?

Well I finally bit the bulletand printed my first 3d print. As I’m visually impaired I was reluctant to do this first print before I was YouTubed up on all the latest “how too” video’s

First I did the Luke Towen selection of the Anycubic photo resin printer up front that inevitably lead me to doingthe Flint Read levelling, the 3Dprintingpro methodology of support, the physics anonymous Z access stabilisation upgrade, along with Simon Jackson for his z lead screw slope elimination upgrade.

After all that I printed my first print and it was astounding in its fidelity. Other than it swelled a little (I suspect my 12 sec exposure should be reduced to say 11 seconds). But I am blown away by the quality.

I recently got my new water washable Polyjuice clear resin, and want to clean out my vat and build plate. After draining the vat into the bottle through a filter, can I just submerge it in IPA, or is there a better/more effective way to clean it? The build plate I can probably just submerge.

So my mainborad died and Anycubic sent a new one, I installed it today and went for tried printing, which it did without problem.

But I noticed the buildplate, vat, and the screen were hot (this being the source of the heat).

This didn't happen with the original board and I was wondering if might connected some wires wrong (didn't seem like it when I checked). Or it is within nomality?
